CHURCH SCHOOL PLANNING COMMITTEE

Church school for ages 4 though 4th grade will be offered during the first half
of the 10:30 a.m. service.  Children will be dropped off in their classrooms in the
Children’s Education Building between 10:20 and 10:30 a.m. while parents
proceed to the church for the service. From 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. the children
will participate in a circle time with an opening prayer with a story and discussion,
then an arts and crafts project followed by a closing circle time with music and
prayer.  Living The Good News curriculum will be used as the foundation for
the program. After the closing circle time, the children will be brought to
parents in the church during the Peace and Announcement portion of the
service. Children and parents will then have the opportunity to participate
in the rest of the church service together.
