Objectives

 

The objective of this Association shall be to provide fellowship amongst the membership and to support worthy Christian ministries through prayer, service and financial support.



Membership

The Members of this Association shall be the entirety of the adult male members (baptized, confirmed, or otherwise in regular attendance) of Saint Stephen’s Episcopal Church of Durham, North Carolina.



Meetings

When - Regular monthly meetings are currently scheduled for the second Wednesday of each month (except July)
Where - Meetings may be held at Church or in individual homes
What - Social gatherings with occasional topic focused discussions.


Supported Events

  • Robert Burns Supper (fundraiser held in January)

  • Spring and Fall planting and grounds clean-up

  • Adopt-a-Highway Cleanup (Spring & Fall)

  • Parish Family Dinners

  • Events and/or equipment supporting the Church




Eucalyptus Benches (Donated April, 2009)




New Parish Refrigerator/Freezer (Donated April 30, 2009)
  • Events supporting the Parishes Music Ministry

    • November 15, 2008 - Madrigal Dinner with Choir performance

 

This group of men in the church meets every month for fun and fellowship. In addition to monthly meetings, the men participate in church fundraisers, often assisting in events like the Mardi Gras Pancake Supper.
